1. Coconut peeling is a machine that peels off the outer skin of coconuts. This machine can peel off the outer skin of coconuts at once, reducing labor intensity. It can be powered by electric motors and lighting, and can be customized according to the voltage and frequency of different countries. The stainless steel shell packaging is rust proof and aesthetically pleasing.
2.Principle: Using directional rollers to remove coconut skin, using double rollers for directional rotation, flipping device flipping principle.
3. According to the direction of coconut fiber growth, the coconut should be placed horizontally into the material selection port of the machine. The machine can complete the peeling and transportation in one go, and the coconut and skin are automatically sorted in different directions to achieve the purpose of peeling. It is suitable for peeling coconut shells of various sizes.
4.Maintenance and upkeep: As the transmission part is entirely driven by chains, power loss and malfunctions are greatly reduced. After about 2-3 months of use, open the side cover doors on both sides of the machine and add an appropriate amount of butter to the inside of each chain. The machine can be adjusted automatically according to the size of the coconut. The size of the coconut kernel can be adjusted by the left large handwheel (the standard is that the coconut kernel is not under pressure after peeling). The right small handwheel is the coconut peeling pressure adjustment wheel.The clockwise direction indicates greater pressure.
