PRINCIPLE:

Put the dough into the dough divider hopper, screw propeller will convey dough under the blade, then the dough is divided into small pieces and fall to the conveyor belt, then conveyed to the inlet at the bottom of the spiral-shaped concave channel after the cone rotates stably. Consistent and perfect rounding is achieved through the use of a teflon-coated rotating cone which moves the dough along concave channels from bottom to top.
