This machine can be used to make elastic ropes, as well as various other non elastic ropes.

Suitable for threading and knotting elastic ropes, wax ropes, cotton ropes, nylon ropes, ribbons, etc., this machine is versatile and can automatically drill holes, thread, tie knots, and count in one go. It perfectly solves the problem of previous machines being unable to tie elastic ropes. Debugging and maintenance are simple, easy to learn, and it has an advanced automatic control system.

It adopts a human-machine interface touch screen, variable frequency speed regulation, and a stepper machine for wire feeding, with fast speed and stable performance. The mechanical design is simple and reasonable, energy-saving, and powerful.

The main body has a fully mechanical structure and does not involve complex circuits. It uses a frequency converter to control the main motor and drive all mechanical structures to move.
