Operation method:
1. First of all, lay the eggshell machine flat on the horizontal table, and do not tilt it.
2. Then turn on the power supply and the temperature of the upper and lower molds of the equipment, and wait for the temperature to rise.
3. After the machine rises, pull up the upper mold and close the lower mill.
4. Pour the prepared slurry into the mold of the machine, press the upper mold down and close the lower mold. After one to two minutes, the cone can be formed.
5. When the upper mold is pulled up and the lower mold is pulled apart, the egg shell will automatically fall into the lower channel and slide out.
6. Then repeat the above process. When not in use, clean the upper and lower molds in time to keep them clean, and then unplug the power supply.
