Fully Automatic lavash flat bread taco shell making machine Tortilla Making Machine

Product Description

The following are the components of a typical fully automated Tortilla production line:
1. Dough preparation workstation: This workstation is responsible for mixing flour, water, and other ingredients into a uniform dough. It is usually equipped with an automated mixer or dough mixer, and can adjust the composition and proportion of the dough as needed.
2. Dough Forming Workstation: At this workstation, the dough is cut, divided, and shaped into appropriate sized and shaped tortillas. This can be achieved through equipment such as dough rolling machines or dough cutters.
3. Branding workstation: Branding workstation is the most critical link in the production line. It usually consists of multiple fully automatic baking machines, each capable of continuously baking tortilla. These machines have functions such as temperature control, soldering time setting, and automatic flipping to ensure that each Tortilla is baked evenly and completely cooked.
4. Cooling workstation: After the pancake is baked, it needs to be cooled for a period of time to provide the best taste. Cooling workstations are usually equipped with conveyor belts or air circulation systems to accelerate the cooling process of tortilla.
