I. Working principle :
the dough is processed by a dough-pressing machine or a dough kneading machine by a step-by-step process, then the dough is slightly flattened and shaped, the pressed dough is put on the chinchin machine, finally cutted into strip or square shape. If you want to make different shape, just change the mould is OK. The thickness is uniform and consistent, the knife is not adhered, and the forming is good, No leftover materials.
II.Method of use:
1. First mixing the dry flour with other ingredient evenly. 2. Add water , mixing dough, ferment. 3. What shape do you need, install well the mould on the machine, then adjust the roller gap . 4. The fermented dough is pressed well. The dough is manually floured on both sides
and then put into the feed hopper and finally get the shape you want. 5. Finally, through the vibrating screen, sieve the excess flour, you can pour into the oil pan fried. III.Common faults and troubleshooting methods:
2. The roller is sticky by dough, should tighten the roller bolts or less flour leak
from the flour box ,should make the flour come out more. 2. One side of the dough sheeter is thin and another side is thick, should adjust the
gap between the rollers to ensure that the gap between the left and right sides of the
surface roller is consistent.
3. When the conveyor belt is off, which side of the conveyor belt is biased, the hand wheel on which side is tightened clockwise. During adjustment, it should be adjusted slowly, and if the adjustment is too fast, it will run in the opposite direction, that is, it is overdone. In addition, the conveyor belt is cant be too loose or tight.
4. How to adjust the thickness of the dough sheet, the two groups of pressure rollers are based on the front side group (the group next to the cutting knife), i.e. the thickness of the dough sheet pressed out by the front group of rollers is the first, and
the difference of dough thickness pressed by the two groups roller can not be too large, If the dough is too thick pressed by the second roller, and the dough pressed by the the front rollers too thin .the dough sheet will be blocked, the dough feeder in not
enough and cant ensure the normal production
5. the flour box does not leak the flour, the flour box hole is blocked, should clean the
flour box and fill on new flour. The flour is too wet to affect the effect of leaking. 6. in front of the flour box has a flour brush. and the height of the brush can affect the conveying of the dough sheet. The brush is too low to block the dough sheet, it
cant be conveyed normally, the brush is too high, and the flour leaking is not even. 7. Adjustment of the chain. Take a look at which is the active chain, which is the passive chain, the passive chain has to be in a straight line with the active chain, the
chain will not fall, and the noise can also be reduced. 8. Adjustment of the vibrating screen. The left and right direction of the screen is
adjusted by taking the active eccentric disc of the vibrating screen as a reference. 9. The cut strips are not uniform, long or short , to check whether the wire on the terminal of the speed-regulating switch is loose or not, and the cut-out strips are stuck
together, and the flour of the flour box is too small to increase the amount of powder.
