By using a three-dimensional cross layout of horizontal, vertical, and vertical blades, frozen meat/freeze-drying can be molded into a uniform cube in one go, avoiding the deformation of raw materials caused by traditional segmented cutting.
Cutting size adjustment range: 4-15mm (mainstream models cover the common 4-8mm small size of pet food)
Applicable temperature: -5 ºC to -18 ºC for frozen meat, ensuring regular particle shape after cutting.
By adopting advanced three-dimensional cutting methods, it greatly avoids the decrease in yield caused by extrusion of raw materials during the cutting process, and performs rapid cutting processing while preserving the original characteristics of the raw materials to the greatest extent possible.


Function and application:
Cut frozen diced meat, cut frozen meat strips, cut frozen meat slices.
This machine can cut frozen meat (fat can be cut as low as minus 12 degrees Celsius, lean beef and pork can be cut as low as minus 10 degrees Celsius) into slices, strips, and cubes. The cut product is still in a frozen state, making it convenient for subsequent packaging.
