Product Description

The technical principle of the new automatic fryer is that the oil will not turn black. Using the oil temperature relationship to heat the oil layer, the oil temperature can be adjusted between 0-400°C and the lower oil layer temperature can be maintained at 95°C. Therefore, during the frying process, all the residues produced are sunk into the low temperature, which fundamentally solves the problem of scorching of the residue in the traditional fryer and the oil being oxidized and blackened.
