The semi-automatic capsule counting machine is a drug packaging machine that measures and packages drugs to ensure their safety and accuracy during use. This machine is easy to operate, highly efficient, and widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals and food.
The principle of this machine is to fill capsules with drugs and measure them by working together with a capsule dispensing tray and a counting tray. The specific operation is as follows: first, the drug is loaded into the capsule distribution tray, then placed on the counting tray, and the capsules are separated and counted through the vibration device of the machine. Finally, put the counted drug capsules into bottles.
The advantage of a semi-automatic capsule counting machine is its simple operation, which can improve the efficiency and accuracy of drug packaging, and reduce manual errors. At the same time, it also has the characteristics of high safety and adjustable packaging specifications, which can be suitable for different drug packaging needs.
The small counting bottling machine has small volume, light weight, low noise, accurate counting, easy operation, and simple maintenance. The contact area of the drug is made of stainless steel, ensuring the cleanliness of the packaging items and complying with GMP requirements. It is an ideal specialized equipment for counting, bottling, and bagging drugs or food such as capsules, tablets, particles, etc. This machine adopts electromagnetic vibration counting plate. When the bottle does not reach the discharge port, the counting plate does not rotate. When the medicine bottle is placed at the discharge port, the motor drives the counting plate to rotate to automatically enter the bottle. Different specifications of counting plates can be replaced for convenience and speed, without the need for other adjustments.
Counting range: 0-100 capsules/bottle for 00 # capsules, 1-120 capsules/bottle for 0 # capsules, 1-150 capsules/bottle for 1 # capsules. Tablets can be counted from 1 to 500 according to size (circular tablets with a diameter of 12mm and a thickness of 5mm can be counted from 500 tablets/bottle/time). Pack 2 bottles per revolution.
The upper limit of the number of pores in the counting plate: 200 pores for capsules 00 #, 240 pores for capsules 0 #, and 280 pores for capsules 1 #. The number of pores for tablets and other items depends on the size of the material.
Scope of application: This machine is mainly used for counting, bottling, and bagging various types of capsules, tablets, soft capsules, honey pills, and other regularly shaped items!
